Your mission

As a permanent team member in our sales department, you arrange and coordinate appointments for your colleagues. Your activities are basically:

  • Proactively contacts potential new clients by phone to generate interest in our services and open business opportunities and set appointments
  • Maintain a professional and friendly dialogue to set the first step in the customer relationship
  • Collaborate with internal sales team to pass along promising leads
  • Research and identify potential leads, including exploring new avenues for lead generation
  • Entry and maintenance of customer data in our CRM system
  • Acquisition via social media (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Coordination of the strategic orientation of the acquisition

What you bring with you

You should enjoy making new contacts and engaging in dialog with people. You are open for new ideas and dare to go new ways. You find it easy to convince people of your offer, at the same time you show a high level of interest and empathy. You’ll also bring:

  • Completed commercial training, university degree or comparable qualification
  • More than three years of professional experience in sales, customer service or a similar position
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to thrive in your sales role
  • Confidence and self-assurance in using the telephone
  • Business fluent German
  • Experience in lead research and in dealing with CRM systems
