Your mission

As a permanent team member in our sales department you will arrange and coordinate appointments for your colleagues. Your activities are essentially:

  • Proactively contacting potential new customers by phone to generate interest in our services and to open up business opportunities and arrange appointments
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly dialogue to establish the first step in the customer relationship
  • Work with internal sales team to pass on promising leads
  • Research and identify potential leads, including exploring new avenues for lead generation
  • Capture and maintain customer data in our CRM system
  • Acquisition via social media (primarily LinkedIn)
  • You support the strategic alignment of the acquisition team

What you bring with you

You should enjoy making new contacts and entering into dialog with people. You are open for new ideas and dare to go new ways. It is easy for you to convince people of your offer, at the same time you show a high degree of interest and empathy. You also bring with you:

  • Professional experience in sales, customer service or in a comparable position
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for your sales role
  • Confidence and self-assurance in dealing with the telephone
  • Business fluent in German
  • Experience in lead research and in dealing with CRM systems
